Sabbath Mode - Fisher & Paykel RDV3 Series User Manual

This setting is designed for religious faiths
that observe a 'no work' requirement on
the Sabbath.
While your oven is in Sabbath Mode it will
not have the usual accurate temperature
control:

While your oven is in Sabbath Mode:
the oven will not react to any actions

the dials to the off position before use
