Note:
+310V is DC 310V to fan motor from PCB.
PGDD is ground.
+15V(red wire)→PGND(black): 15V
Note:
15V is DC 15V to fan motor from PCB
PGDD is ground.
Power on, check if the CN11
voltage of the PCB connecting
with fan motor is normal

replace PCB.
