Make the potential equalisation of the SAT receiver system in accordance with
DIN EN 60728-11.
6.2 m

Never operate the device without a protective earth connection, earth connec-
tion to the device and potential equalisation!
To maintain compliance with current EMC regulations (electromagnetic com-
patibility), it is necessary to route the power cord through the supplied ferrite
sleeve.
• Open the ferrite sleeve.
• Make a loop in the power cord and lay the loop inside the ferrite sleeve as
shown in fig. 20.
• Close the ferrite sleeve (fig. 21).
• Connect the power cord to the power socket
head-end station and plug the other end into an earthed mains socket.
