10ml (tsp) dried mixed herbs
ml (1tsp) caster sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
red pepper, olive oil and balsamic
vinaigrette
makes approx 00ml (1fl.oz)
60ml (tbsp) Balsamic vinegar
7ml (fl.oz) extra virgin olive oil
100g (oz) roasted red pepper
ml (1tsp) caster sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
walnut dressing
makes approx 00ml (½pt)
60ml (tbsp) Balsamic vinegar
0ml (6tbsp) walnut oil
10ml (¼pt) olive oil
g (1oz) walnut pieces
ml (1tsp) caster sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper

method
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender
jug. Attach the jug to the base and lock
the lid in place.
. Next, press the Dips button and simply
wait. When the program has finished,
your blender will stop automatically and
the red indicator light will go out.
. Pour into a clean glass bottle or jam
jar and store in the refrigerator until
needed.
. Shake before using.
