Problem
iOS can not find the bluetooth
scanner
Scanbuddy GS-X series plug into
smartphone ,but can not work,No
lighting comes from scan window
Possible Solution
Scan the Pairing mode barcode
Remove the paired scanner in the
smartphone or tablet
C o n f i r m y o u r d e v i c e s u p p o r t
OTG function and can provide at
least 300mHa current to external
scanner
Confirm driver was install properly
