Your CITY will arrive with fully charged batteries, there is no need to charge them
Grasp the padded bar and pull up while pushing down on the seat to expand the CITY
and complete the assembly:
1. Unfold Chair
*Back rest cushion goes underneath the top bar and secures on both sides of Velcro to
back of chair, logo visible at the back. Seat cushion attaches with zipper in rear.
Slide the Controller into the open slot on the arm of the CITY on the right side (unless
pre-ordered for left-handed users). Tighten knob to secure controller and connect
controller wire harness to controller CPU wire harness that runs from the chair itself.
You will then need to install the seat cushions.
