Starting The Lawnmower Cold Electric Start Procedure STEP 3 NOTE - You MUST ensure the mower has the correct oil and fuel level before operation. STEP 1 Pump the primer bulb 5 times. STEP 4 Charge the battery with the 12V charger supplied for 5 hours before first use and then after every 10 uses on average.
