    Section B - Rafter Assembly Step 1: Locate the 8 sections of pipe to make an end rafter. This will include (2) leg extensions, (2) legs, (2) rafter sections "A", and (2) rafter sections "B", Also locate a 3-way coupler and (2) cross connectors.

    Section C - Rafter Setup Step 1: Stand up one of your end rafters (one of those with a 3-way connector). Secure it to an existing structure if possible so that it is plumb. If you donʼt have an existing structure, you can use some 2x4s tied with rope as shown below.

    Step 6: Check the rafter-to-rafter dimensions along all the purlins. Also check that every rafter is standing up straight (plumb). Square the corners by measuring diagonally corner-to-corner, and line up all rafters using a straight line. Section D - Installl Additional Bays Step 1: Once you have the first bay installed and anchored, you can attach the second and any additional bays one at a time, a rafter at a time.

    Section F - Install the Cover Step 1: Unpack cover and unfold it completely with the inside surface facing up. Tip: The ends with black straps in the hems correspond to the front and back of the shelter. Step 2: Assemble (2) cover conduits each the length of your shelter using several 75" swaged sections and (1) 25", 49", or 73"...
  • Page 9 Step 5: Throw the ropes up and over the frame and then pull the cover over the frame. You need one person at each rope for this step. Step 6: Center the cover front to back and side to side. Step 7: In the front and rear hems, locate the black straps.
  • Page 10 Step 12: Along both sides of the shelter, fasten ratchets to the sides of the legs identified in the previous step. Use a Tek screw in the bottom hole of the ratchet as shown below. Fasten the ratchet to the post below the "Y" section. There should be a few inches between the cover conduit and the ratchet.
