- Page 2 Introduction Thank you for purchasing the ClearSpan Greenhouse Bench. We appreciate your patronage. We hope you enjoy building and utilizing your bench. Please read this entire instruction manual before starting to assemble your bench. If you require assistance during the construction process you may call us at 1-888-603-4445.

- Page 4 Step 3: Lay your U-shaped frame assembly up side down on the ground as follows: • With the small groove DOWN if using an expanded metal top • With the small groove UP if using a plywood, polymax sheet, or other top material Step 4: Slide (2) band clamps onto each cross support tube Step 5: Slide the first cross support tube into the channel in the side rails of your frame.
- Page 5 Step 10: Attach an untwisted end brace from each leg to the cross support the leg is attached to. The braces are attached using the band clamps previously installed. Step 11: Attach a twisted side brace from each leg to the neighboring cross support. The braces are attached using the band clamps previously installed.
- Page 6 Step 13: Flip your assembly right side up so the feet are now on the ground. Step 14: If you are NOT installing the optional expanded metal top, add the remaining end rail to your frame using a pair of corner splices and Tek screws. If you are installing the optional expanded metal top, skip this step as it will be performed after the top in inserted.
