Make sure your computer has stable internet connection and is connected to a power

source during the firmware update process.
The LED light on Logitech Crayon will be yellow when the firmware is updating. The

LED light will change to green when the firmware update is done. The firmware update
software will use the same color scheme.
If the update is interrupted for any reason (ex: power shuts off, lost connection to

computer, etc), simply re-connect Crayon to the computer and proceed following the
steps above.
