MP3 mode
Repeating individual tracks or
whole directories – REPEAT
(not in MP3 browse mode)
To play the current track repeatedly,
u
briefl y press the 4 RPT button :.
"REPEAT TRACK" and RPT appear briefl y on
the display.
To repeat the whole directory,
u
press the 4 RPT button : again.
"REPEAT DIR" appears briefl y on the dis-
play.
Cancelling REPEAT
To stop the current track or current direc-
tory from being repeated,
u
briefl y and repeatedly press the 4 RPT
button : until "REPEAT OFF" appears
on the display.
RPT disappears from the display.
Selecting MP3 info
If you want to select the "MP3 INFO" display
mode, you fi rst have to activate this func-
tion in the menu. In order for the system
to be able to display MP3 information, the
information must be stored on the CD in the
form of ID tags together with the MP3 fi les.

Programming your favourite
tracks on an MP3 CD
Using the TPM function (Track Program
Memory), you can program and play up to
192 favourite tracks for a maximum of 3
CDs or MMCs. You can program the tracks
in any order you like, however, the tracks
will always be played in ascending order. If
you have activated the favourite track (TPM)
feature, only the previously programmed
tracks on the current MP3 CD/SD/MMC will
be played.
Programming favourite tracks
To program your favourite tracks for a CD,
proceed as follows:
u
Select your fi rst favourite track.
u
Press and hold down the TPM 2 button
: for longer than two seconds.
"TRACK STORED" appears on the display.
The track has now been added to the list of
favourite tracks for this CD.
u
Continue in the same way for all your re-
maining favourite tracks on the CD.
