    brakes ups ` downs to activate brakes: stand behind buggy, dash seat can be adjusted to any depress both grey handle buttons and position from upright through to lie-flat. rotate handle down to its lowest position. (rotate handle up to one of top two positions to adjust seat: to release brakes).
