Die Spezialdüsen E 497 und E 498 sind in den Injektorwagen für Anästhesieinstrumentarium einsetzbar. Mit ihnen können Larynxmasken mit Beatmungs-
und Drainagetubus aufbereitet werden. Dazu muss eine Düse E 466 für Atembeutel durch eine Spezialdüse ersetzt werden. Die beiden Arme der Düse
sollen parallel zu dem Wasserzuflussrohr ausgerichtet sein. Die offene Seite der Larynxmaske muss zur Spülraummitte zeigen.

Beachten Sie unbedingt die Gebrauchsanweisung des Injektorwagens und des Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsautomaten.
1 Montage
^ Die Injektordüse E 466 mit einem Maulschlüssel SW 7 losschrauben.
^ Die Spezialdüse E 497 oder E 498 in den Schraubanschluss schrauben und ausrichten.
^ Die Ausrichtung mit der Kontermutter SW 13 fixieren.
2 Anwendung
^ Die Luft aus dem Luftpolster der Larynxmaske über die Ballonzuleitung so weit wie möglich entfernen und die Ballonzuleitung verschließen.
^ Den Beatmungstubus auf den längeren Arm der Düse stecken, den Drainagetubus auf den kürzeren.
^ Die Ballonzuleitung zwischen den Tuben hindurchführen, um sie zu fixieren.
^ Den Beatmungstubus auf der Inketordüse so weit nach unten schieben, dass die Öffnungen in der Düse bedeckt sind.

Laryngeal masks with breathing and drainage tubes can be reprocessed using special jets E 497 and E 498, fitted in the mobile injector unit for anaesthetic
instruments.The special jet must replace one of the E 466 jets for breathing bags. Both arms of the jet must be aligned in parallel with the water inlet pipe.
The open side of the laryngeal mask must face towards the middle of the wash cabinet.

Please observe the operating instructions for the mobile unit and also the washer-disinfector carefully.
1 Fitting
^ Unscrew injector jet E 466 with an SW 7 spanner.
^ Screw special jet E 497 or E 498 into the connection and align it.
^ Secure using an SW 13 counter nut.
2 Use
^ Use the balloon lead to deflate the cuff of the laryngeal mask as much as possible and then close the balloon lead valve.
^ Place the breathing tube over the long arm of the jet and the drainage tube over the short arm.
^ Guide the balloon lead between the tubes to fix it in position.
^ Push the breathing tube down over the injector jet until it covers the jet openings.

After reprocessing, inflate the cuff and check that it is intact and working correctly.
