WALL MOUNT ADAPTER

1. Install Hanger Bracket to Fixture Arm as shown in Fig. 1. using the provided (2 each) bolts,lock and flat
washers. Torque to 20ft-lbs. (Thread adhesive is required).
2. Place the Wall Plate in desired location so that the flat surface is in contact with the wall and the angled
surface is pointing up and away from the wall. Mark locations for supporting anchors (See Figure 2).
3. Secure Wall Plate with the supporting anchors using 3/8" bolts or studs (by others).

AND LABELS TO ENSURE CORRECT INSTALLATION OF FIXTURE.

FIXTURE, IN ADDITION TO THIS INSTRUCTION SHEET, REGARDING
ORIENTATION, OR MOUNTING RESTRICTIONS.
