  • Page 9 Safety Model: GHM Warmer Series Specific Safety Precautions: • Prepared food products, held for sale, must be maintained at a minimum temperature of 150°F (65.5°C) or in accordance with state and local health regulations. • The unit must remain in a horizontal position during operations.

    Due care should be taken when lifting and moving the unit to prevent personal injury or equipment damage. Giles shall not be liable for personal injury or damage caused by improper handling, or use of poor work practices.
