    This user guide explains the usage and features of all the current configurations of the Nvision. Therefore not all of the features are available on all models. The following annotations will be used for features which are only available on specific models.
  • Page 10: General Notes Concerning Safety

    Improper work on the electrical components can lead to life threatening injuries from electric shocks! Unprofessional handling or incorrect connections can result in the Nvision no longer being safe for operation. • Electrical work shall be performed only by qualified personnel.

    Switch on the machine’s on / off switch. The machine will power up and complete a self test routine while the Nvision logo is being displayed. This will take about 20 seconds. At this time the lights on each stacker pocket will flash from red to green.

    Function Keys Scroll Keys Total When a currency is selected on Nvision, the machine automatically switches on the counterfeit detection aids relevant to that currency. Turn off BRF to use this process. If you do not wish to authenticate the notes, then you can switch off the authentication by pressing the CDA key.

    These setting include the preferred process, batch sizes, system configuration and detector settings. To save a user settings, configure the Nvision as required, then enter the User Settings function and press Save (F4) A quick way to restore the counter to the users default setting is to enter the user settings option and select LOAD (F2).

    If the count value exceeds the 8 digits available on the display, two overflow dashes will be shown on both the remote and the Nvision displays. The dashes ‘ - - ’ will be shown on the left hand side of the display followed by the lower 6 digits of the count or on the right side preceded by the upper digits.
