Spark plug dismantlement (03_08, 03_09, 03_10)

To make this operation easier, remove the helmet compartment.
1. Remove the cover «A» after undoing the corresponding screw «B».
2. Detach the shielded cap «C» from the spark plug and unscrew it using the box-
spanner supplied as shown in the photo.
3. When refitting the plug, screw it in by hand and make sure you set it at the right
angle. Carefully reinsert the shielded cap «C».
4. To refit the cover, follow the steps in reverse order, making sure to insert the tongues

in the lower part of the cover in the special seat.

FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES VERY CAREFULLY TO AVOID ANY SEVERE
DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY THE VERY POWERFUL IGNITION SYS-
TEM.

THE SPARK PLUG MUST BE REMOVED WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD.
