"P" setting
Suitable for the especially energy saving

preparation of dishes with short quick
cooking time and depressurisation through
slow cooling down for risotto, rice, pasta
dishes and many deep frozen vegetables
for example (see „Secuquick softline"
user manual).
The "P" setting is located on the Audiotherm
ƒ
between the times "9:59" and "0.01".
The „P" setting equals a cooking time of 20 seconds.
