Hint: On the blade discs 9a/9b and 10a/10 you will find the
markings OUTSIDE and INSIDE.
Attention! Please handle the blade discs with care!
4. Take the blade disc for garlic "Garlic [1]" (9a) and insert the
blade disc into the blade base (4) that way, so the marking
OUTSIDE will be upwards (see red cycle on the picture).
Please always grasp the
blade disc like shown in the
picture with your two fingers
in order not touch the sharp
edges of the blade disc.
Make sure the punched-out
sides of the blade disc (dot-
ted lines in the picture)
touch the large retaining
collars on the blade base.
5. Lock the blade disc with the
white holder by turning the
holder clockwise.
For checking:
Turn the blade base upside down. The
marking INSIDE will be visible.
