    Using adhesive vinyl tape, attach the drain hose to the underside of the refrigerant pipes. Using insulation tape, wrap the signal wire, refrigerant pipes, and drain hose tightly together.     Hammer expansion bolts into the pre-drilled holes. Remove the nuts from expansion bolts, and place outdoor unit on bolts. Put washer on each expansion bolt, then replace the nuts. Using a wrench, tighten each nut until snug. EDEM SPLIT-TYPE ROOM AIR CONDITIONER...

    Place flaring tool onto the form. Turn the handle of the flaring tool clockwise until the pipe is fully flared. Remove the flaring tool and flare form, then inspect the end of the pipe for cracks and even flaring. EDEM SPLIT-TYPE ROOM AIR CONDITIONER...
