Congratulations
The Philips Wireless TV link SBC VL1200 you have just purchased is manufactured to the highest
standards and will give you years of trouble-free use. Please read the following instructions carefully,
and retain this booklet for future reference.

The Philips Wireless TV link SBC VL1200 allows you to distribute any kind of video signal, and any
cable programme (via your VCR, connected to the Wireless TV Link) throughout the house without the
need for extra wiring. For example, you can enjoy the freedom of watching Pay-TV or a film from your

living-room video recorder on your bedroom TV.
In fact, you can view any video source (digital or analogue set-top boxes, DVDs, satellite receivers,
VCRs etc.) on your second TV, no matter what room it's in. The signal goes through walls and ceilings
so there is no need for running cables or drilling holes.
PHILIPS
The dual source input allows you to directly connect any two video devices for easy switching between
POWER
sources. You can enjoy your favourite programmes on a second TV while others watch their favourite
programmes on the main TV.
The Philips Wireless TV Link is based on wireless RF technology that offers you freedom of movement
and convenience. Because it is wireless it is more susceptible to outside interference than for instance
cabled signals. This interference may come from sources that include microwave ovens or other TV
Links in the vicinity. To enable you to enjoy the best possible performance, the Philips Wireless TV Link
has a channel selector switch, which enables you to select the channel that provides optimum viewing.
