    NSTALLATION NSTRUCTIONS  The device should be checked immediately after delivery for damages which might have occurred during transportation. Please contact your supplier immediately if damages can be identified.  The device should be cleaned properly before setting it into operation. For this, lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent must be used only.

  • Page 5: Installation Of The Gas Supply

    NSTALLATION OF THE UPPLY A flexible gas tube and two mounting clips are supplied with the device. Please refer to the following sequence when installing the gas supply:  Screw the pressure controller tightly to the gas cylinder.  Put the flexible gas tube to the connection piece at the device and to the pressure controller, and use the mounting clips to fix it tightly on either side.

    ACCINE OOLING Please refer to the following procedure for the cooling of vaccines:  Install the isolation inserts into the device. (See also section “Installation of the Isolation Inserts”).  After setting into operation the device will have to operate for a minimum of 24 hours, until the temperature suitable for the storage of vaccines is reached.

    Page 8 EPLACING THE HEATING ELEMENT  Dismantle the cooling unit cover.  The heating element is on the inside of the cooker insulation ( ) in the heating pipe.  Lift up the cooker insulation ( ) and press it down in the direction of the arrow until it opens.

    EPLACING THE SPARK PLUG  Dismantle the unit cover.  Pull the igniter cable carefully out of the piezo „ igniter. See the section REPLACING THE PIEZO IGNITER”.  Unscrew the spark plug’s ( ) screw ( ) from the burner body and remove the spark plug with cable.

    LEANING / REPLACING THE BURNER JET  Dismantle the cooling unit cover.  Dismantle the base of the burner ( ): undo the screw and pull down the base of the burner.  Remove the safety plate (  Pull the burner ( ) forwards out of the burner.

     Unscrew the base of the burner ( ) from the burner and the burner’s ( ) two fastening screws from the blue tube ( ) (on the inside of the burner body).  Unscrew the unit’s six fastening screws, disconnect the earth wire from the unit and pull the unit backwards out of the container.
