Cooking method
Possible in all modes.
Operation
Introduce the clean, cold temperature probe tip into
the thickest part of the food item.
• Set the mode switch.
• Set the desired core temperature, the desired
temperature will be displayed.
• Set the cooking cabinet temperature.
• A buzzer is sounded when the preselected core
temperature is reached and the unit switches off
automatically.
(option)
Using the core temperature cooking method you "can cook
exact". Insert the sensor into the thickest part of the meat.
Place equal sizes together on the same grid.
