Sweet and sour minced beef
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g minced beef
- 2 tomatoes
- 90g green peas
- 90g potatoes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster-flavoured sauce
Sauce mix:
- 125ml (1/2 cup) sweet and sour sauce.
Mix the minced beef with the marinade.

Cook the green peas and potatoes in boiling water in the manual

mode (see chapter 'Using the appliance', section 'Using the different
modes'). Drain the peas and the potatoes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the stir-fry mode. Sauté the minced garlic

until fragrant.
Stir in the marinaded minced beef, the peas, the tomatoes and the

potatoes.
Add the sauce mix and cook until the minced beef is done.
