Operation
The DosaTech is the ideal peristaltic pump for the dosing of a liquid solution into the
piping system of your pond. The neoprene hose makes it possible to add various types
of solutions to the water of your pond.
A dosage of up to 60 cc an hour is possible. In addition, it is possible to change the
dosage every hour by operating the push button underneath the display.
In addition, the DosaTech is easy to install thanks to the compact design and the
supplied suction and injection nipples. Installation is also possible in combination with
an (existing) UV-C system. The dosing pump can then operate behind the UV-C in the
filter or in the pond, to ensure that the product is not broken down by the UV-C.
Advantages of the DosaTech:
• Dosage of up to 60 cc an hour
• Dosage separately adjustable for each hour
• Neoprene hose
• Digital indication when the pump head needs replacing
• Simple installation and maintenance
• Compact design
• Easy to combine with a UV-C unit
• Suction and injection nipples supplied
• 2-year guarantee on manufacturing faults
• Earthing provided

DosaTech instructions for use
Important!
Never use an additional timer.
The device must always be connected to the mains.
Always test the water yourself, the system will not do this for you.
First action when the DosaTech is switched on (Drawing 1)
If the pump head has been stopped for a longer period of time, there is a risk that it
will stick. In this case, you will hear a clicking sound. This can be prevented by activating
the silicones in advance by pulling the hose to and fro twice.
As soon as the DosaTech is switched on (i.e., the plug is placed into the socket), the
programme will carry out a self-test. The display will automatically show the following,
one after the other: 8888 (display test); r and software version number; 50H or 60H
indication of the mains frequency.
Following this, the display will show the hour position of the pump head (6,000),
alternating with the time that has not been set yet (00:00). This means that the time
must be set as a first step, see Drawing 4. You enter the clock menu by holding down
the button for 3 seconds.
In this menu, it is possible to modify the hours of the day in steps of one hour by briefly
pressing the button. Press the button for 3 seconds as soon as you have reached the
correct hour. Then you can set the minutes. The minutes are increased by 1 each time
blinking (on and off) in the display
using screws (not supplied).
