Possible causes
The unit is not connected to the
power supply.
The battery is empty.
The unit is not connected to a

monitors.
The volume of parent unit is set
too low or it is on mute.

Solutions
Connect the unit to a power
supply.
Replace the battery and make
sure that it is correctly inserted.
