Power
CAUTION
• Risk of product damager! Make sure that the power voltage corresponds to the
voltage printed on the back label.
• Risk of electric shock! When you unplug the AC power cord always pull the plug
from the socket. Never pull the cord
• Before connecting the AC power cord, ensure you have completed all other
connections
Power
Plug one end of the AC/DC adaptor into the DC power Input, and then plug the other end into AC wall
outlet. Before switching on the unit, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same
as that indicated on the rating plate.

Battery backup

Insert two pieces UM-4 batteries into the battery compartment. Be sure to observe the proper polarity
(the "+" and "-" signs) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
In case of power failure or interrupted AC power, the current time and alarm time settings, the stored
radio stations are preserved in the memory of the unit by means of battery back-up function.
Note:
1. Be sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to avoid damage to the appliance. Always remove
the batteries when appliance will not be used for a long period of time, as this will cause leakage
to the batteries and subsequently damage to your set.
2. Use batteries of the same type. Never use different types of batteries together.
3. Do not throw the battery into the fire, or exposed to sunshine or the like.
4. If the liquid contained in the batteries comes in contact with eyes or skin, wash the area immediately
and carefully with clear water and consult a doctor

CLOCK SETTING

1. With the unit in STANDBY mode, press and hold the MEM/CLOCK button for about 2 seconds,
the time will begin to flash on the LED display.
2. Press the TUNING

3. When the correct time is selected, press the MEM/CLOCK button again to confirm.

ALARM SETTING

1. With the unit in STANDBY mode, press the VOLUME+/AL.1 (or VOLUME−/AL.2 button). The
ALARM time will begin to flash on the LED display.

4. When the correct time is selected, press the VOLUME+/AL.1 (or VOLUME−/AL.2 button) to
confirm.
5. Press the VOLUME+/AL.1 (or VOLUME−/AL.2) to select the ALARM mode sound (buzzer or
currently set radio station) and Alarm on/off. The alarm buzzer or radio indicator will on/off .
/HOUR button to adjust the hour.
/MIN button to adjust the minute.
/HOUR button to adjust the alarm hour.
/MIN button to adjust the alarm minute.
