WARNING! Manual CPR should only be used in emergency. It should be noted that there is nothing that will hold the backrest from dropping down once the manual CPR handle is pulled. Knee Section (Manual) Footrest movement is done by a special mechanism. Footrest takes a V-shape by pulling the mattress holders on each side of the foot side of the bed towards upward position and mechanism opens.
