Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault
yourself. For this purpose,
see the "TROUBLESHOOTING" section. If you cannot resolve the problem/failure,

Selected function/time
mode does not operate
Appliance doesn't
operate.
Remedy
Appliance may be in stand-by mode or off.
There may be a connection problem. Check if the appliance
is plugged in to the outlet correctly.
Appliance may not be turned on. Press the on/off button.
Filters or front panel may not be installed correctly.
Install the filters or the front panel again.
Appliance may be faulty if it does not operate after you have
performed all the inspections specified above.
Unplug the appliance and take it to a Fakir dealership or a
Fakir authorized service center.
