Dieser Filter ist bei MOUVEX erhältlich. Bei Verwendung eines ungeeigneten Filters erlöschen sämtliche Garantieansprüche. Die Verbindung zwischen Filter und Kompressor muss mit einer flexiblen Leitung hergestellt werden, die für den Betrieb in Unterdruckbereichen geeignet ist und aufgrund ihrer Länge auch die kleinsten Bewegungen des Kompressors im Rahmen ausgleichen kann.

DISCHARGE FLEXIBLE HOSE The MH6 compressors must be fitted with the metallic discharge hose delivered with the equipment. This woven stainless steel hose is designed to avoid having any stresses applied on the compressor flange and the rigid pipes of the systems, as induced by the relative movements of the compressor with respect to the chassis.

  • Page 37 SILENCER The silencer reduces noise in the piping. It should be positioned at the discharge point of the compressor, immediately after the hose outlet. Do NOT weld a mounting bracket onto the silencer, use supplied fixing collars. Use MOUVEX High Temperature joints to assemble the companion flanges. Respect the order of assembly for the silencer as specified below.
  • Page 38 RELIEF VALVE AND CHECK VALVE During installation, place a manometer on the outlet piping of the compressor to get a reading of the operating pressure. The measurement should be carried out at the outlet flange and should not exceed the maximum pressure allowed for the compressor speed range (see Chapter Air intake and outlet conditions).
