BIC Manual Fill Drain Installation
Applicable to MA-8-2, MA-8-2BF, MA-8-2AF
1. Remove back and side panels. Discard rear panel.
2. Remove screws from the rear channel. Remove
the bushing from channel and remove channel
from rear of lower cabinet. Discard channel.
3. Remove screws from electrical panel and utility box.
Remove ground screw and disconnect power cord
from unit harness. Remove cord and strain relief from
utility box. Remove utility box from unit. Discard box.

4. Drill out rivets on cord hanger. Save cord hanger
for reinstallation.
5. Remove screws from gas/water inlet fitting
bracket. Disconnect gas/water lines from
regulators on side of unit. Take electrical panel
loose from unit and hang down to gain access
to drain lines.
6. Remove screws from straps on drain lines.
7. Loosen clamp on drain pan drain, break oetiker
on ice bowl drain and remove drain line from
both fittings.
