In the Halti Harness, we have moved the point of attachment from under the dog's chin
(Halti Headcollar principle) down to his chest: the sternum is the most anterior part of
his ribcage and a logical part of his body from which to steer. The guiding principle in
training, as in medicine, should always be to do no harm. By working and guiding the dog
from his chest, we leave unaffected those potentially vulnerable areas of a dog's head,
neck and spinal column.
The Halti Harness stops pulling, calms overboisterous dogs and simplifies training and
behavioural therapy. This is a new concept to the world of dogs, where you take control
with little effort or need for skill. Now you can focus on being your dog's best friend and
he will become the perfectly managed canine partner!
