11. INSTALLATION WORK (option)

Front panel, control bo cover removal
11.1.
(1) Front panel removal Refer to 8.1. Front panel removal
(2) Remove 2 scre s, then remove the control bo cover.

Connecting the remote controller cable (communication cable)
11.3.
(1) Attach the remote controller cable to the terminal bloc .
Position the ires so that the colors match.
For details, refer to the installation manual of the remote controller.
(2) Install the cable as sho n in the follo ing photographs. Be sure to place the iring under the tabs.
(3) Fi the cable ith the cable clamper and scre (M4 14, accessory).
Do not connect the cable to the terminal for po er supply.
When connecting the ired remote controller ith the indoor unit, please use the connecting cable supplied ith the ired
remote controller.
Ma e sure to insulate the connecting parts hen e tending the cable.
Server room control
For server room control, connect the communication cable to the terminal bloc follo ing the same procedure as the remote controller cable. For details,
refer to the service instruction for Server room control.
Note Wire colors may not match. Match the numbers on the terminal bloc of each indoor unit.
