PIG ROASTER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

PLACE THE PIG ROASTER OUTDOORS ON A HARD, LEVEL, NON-COMBUSTIBLE SURFACE AWAY
FROM ROOF OVERHANG OR ANY COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL. NEVER USE ON WOODEN OR OTHER
SURFACES THAT COULD BURN. PLACE THE PIG ROASTER AWAY FROM OPEN WINDOWS OR DOORS TO
PREVENT SMOKE FROM ENTERING YOUR HOUSE. IN WINDY WEATHER, PLACE THE PIG ROASTER IN AN
ROASTING A WHOLE PIG:
1.
The Brinkmann Pig Roaster will roast a pig up to 75 lbs.
Place the pig between the two cooking grates as shown.
Do not score or poke holes into the skin.
2.
Use the four S-hooks provided to hold the pig between
the two cooking grates. Make sure the handles are facing
away from the pig.
3.
Place the dripping tray inside the Pig Roaster cart.
4.
Place the pig inside the Pig Roaster cart, skin side down.
This may require the help of a second person.
OUTDOOR AREA THAT IS PROTECTED FROM THE WIND.
READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE OPERATING YOUR PIG ROASTER.
