9.4.3 Pull the lap and diagonal seat belt tightly
Ensure you attach it as close as possible
to the seatbelt buckle without touching it. (fig.17)
10 Securing your child in car seat for Group I (9kg-18kg)
10.1 Adjusting the position of the backrest
Pull the red lever(I) to the position to minimum. Then check if the position is
fixed and locked to avoid any potential danger. (fig.28)
Note: Group 0, only suitable for position 4; Group I, suitable for position
1,2,3; the minimum is position 1 &the maximum is position 3;Group II III,
only suitable for position 3.
10.2 Loosing the shoulder straps
Press the harness adjust button(H) with one hand, in the meanwhile, pull the
shoulder straps(E) with another hand to loose it. (fig.29)
10.3 Opening the buckle
Hold the two buckle latches with one hand, and another hand holds the main
part of the buckle with thumb pressing the red button until the two tongues
pops out from the buckle.(fig.19)
10.4 Seating your child in the child car seat
Put your child in the seat and put the shoulder pads on the shoulders of the
child.(fig.30)
10.5 Locking the buckle
Guide the two buckle latches together and engage them into the harness
buckle(F).(fig.21)
Warning!
Make sure the two buckle latches are put together correctly and there is no
twist of the harness.
10.6 Tightening the harness straps
Pull the harness adjust strap(J) until the shoulder pads(C) touches the chest
of your child. (fig.31)
11 Installing your child car seat and securing your child for
Group II,III(15kg-36kg)
11.1 Removing the belt system
111.1.1 Loosing the shoulder straps according to 10.2.
11.1.2 Unhook the shoulder straps(E) from the metal yoke(O).(fig.3)
11.1.3 Pull out the shoulder straps from the shoulder pads. (fig.32)
11.1.4 Pull the shoulder pads out from the strap slots of the seat.(fig.33)
Open the buckle according to 8.2.
11.1.5 Take off innercushion from the seat.(fig.34)
11.1.6 Get both buckle latches out from the shoulder straps. (fig.35)
11.1.7 Place the child car seat in reclining position,slide the metal plate
which is used to fasten the harness buckle to the seat shell up on its edge
through the strap slot.(fig.36)
11.1.8 Take both the harness buckle and crotch pad from the seat.(fig.37)
Important note: It is suggested that the two buckle latches are inserted into
the harness buckle to avoid missing.(fig.38)
11.1.9 Undo all velcro on the main cover and remove the cover.(fig.39)
11.1.10 Insert both shoulder straps through the belt slot on backrest and
guide the end in metal yoke(O) on back of backrest. Then press the
harness adjust button(H) to tight the harness.(fig.40)
11.1.11 Put the harness adjust strap(J) flatly on the seat. Then put the
cover on the seat. (fig.41)
11.2 Adjusting the position of the backrest
Pull the red lever(I) to the position to upright. Then check if the position is
fixed and locked to avoid any potential danger. (fig.28)
Make sure backrest is in position 3 for Group II III.
11.3 Seating your child in the child car seat
Put your child in the seat .(fig.43)
11.4 Routing the diagonal and lap belt correctly
Guide the diagonal belt through the belt guide on headrest and lap belt on
children abdomen.(fig.44)
