19. Using the self-locking nut and screw that were
removed in step 17, insert them and tighten securely
using a wrench and hex key to tighten the back into place.
20. If the flip-up armrests were ordered, depress the snap
button and insert into the bracket on the back frame.
21. Make sure the snap button is set as shown.
