Warranty Notification
None of the terms and conditions for warranty services apply to the need for warranty
services resulting from an accident during use, misuse, abusive modification, improper
installation or improper operation, use under a condition inconsistent with the
conditions set forth under the product specifications and the instruction manual(s), an
event of natural disaster or personal fault or a change or modification in the designs
without written authorization, or an event where a product is damaged by unauthorized
disassembly for repair. All needs for warranty services resulting from the aforementioned
factors are excluded from the warranty services for repair.
** In particular, consumers are advised to use distilled water or purified water. In the event
that a consumer adds a dye that causes the plating layer to peel off, the water channel to
get blocked, the water pump to rotate in an abnormal manner, the water tank tube to get
broken or the seal ring to become deformed causing water leakage and other force majeure
problems, that consumer shall solely assume the responsibility for the products in full.
