Diverter for 2-pipe system
- Transfer the nut and olive from (A) to (B) if the connection
to the diverter is to be from the side.
- Use a 6 mm Allen key for shut-off.
(Remove the cover to provide access for the key).
Installation
- Insert the pipe into the bottom of the valve and tighten to a
torque of 35 Nm (+10/-0), i. e. through 1-1 3/4 turns.
- Tighten the pipe to the diverter to a torque of 20 Nm
(+5/-0), i.e. 1-1 3/4 turns.
Pipe length
Subtract 80 mm from the radiator connection c/c distance for a
straight valve TRV 401 and elbow. When using the TRV 405
reverse angle valve, obtain the distance by subtracting 43 mm from
the radiator connection c/c distance.
Distributeur bitube
- Les connexions (A) et (B) sont Interchangeables,
permettant un raccordement des tuyaux sur le côté.
- L'isolation du radiateur est accessible sous le capuchon
de protection à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 6 mm.
Montage
- Insérez le tuyau au fond du raccord et vissez l'écrou à
35 Nm (+10/-0), soit de 1 à 1 3/4 tour.
- Les écrous des raccords du tube de liaison au distributeur
sont vissés à 20 Nm (+5/-0), soit de 1 à 1 3/4 tour.
Longueur de tube de liaison
Distance c/c du radiateur diminuée de 80 mm pour la vanne TRV 401
droite + coude. Pour la vanne équerre TRV 405, diminuer la distance c/c
de 43 mm.

Verteiler für Zweirohranschluss
- Mutter und Konus (A) werden nach (B) versetzt, wenn ein
seitlicher Anschluss des Verteilers gewünscht wird.
- Absperrung erfolgen mit einem 6 mm Inbusschlüssel
unter der Abdeckkappe.
Zusammenbau
- Rohr ganz in das Ventiloberteil einschieben und mit
35 Nm (+10/-0) festziehen d.s. 1-1 3/4 Umdrehungen.
- Rohr in den Verteiler einschrieben und mit 20 Nm (+5/-0)
festziehen, d.s. 1-1 3/4 Umdrehungen.
Länge des Verbindungsrohr
Zur Ermittlung der Länge des Verbindungsrohres ist beim
Durchgangsventil mit Anschlußbogen 80 mm vom Nabenabstand
abzuziehen.
Beim Eckventil TRV 405 sind dies 43 mm.
