It lights up when X-431 HD module is
powered up.
It lights up when X-431 HD module is
communicating with X-431 PRO3.
It lights up when X-431 HD module is
connected to vehicle's DLC.
It illuminates when X-431 HD module
is connected to PC via serial port
cable. (Currently disabled and applied
for subsequent function extension.)
