Accepting an Invitation to Join a Meeting
When you receive an invitation to a meeting, the ring tone sounds and/or the
cell phone vibrates, and then a message inviting you to join the meeting
appears. However, if

When you receive an invitation
aA message (incoming call screen)
inviting you to join the meeting appears.
・You can confirm the name of the host that
invited you, the total number of members,
and reception time on the incoming call
screen.

Use G to select 参加 (Join)
and then press @ (OK).
aThe meeting screen appears and you
can join the meeting.
・To reject the invitation to join the
meeting, use G to select 不参加 (Do
Not Join) and then press @ (OK).
Note Note
・ The ring tone is not heard from the speaker and earphones when manner mode is
turned on.
・ Even if manner mode is turned on, priority for vibrator operation is given to the
vibrator setting of the ハロー着信音 (Hello Ring Tone) settings.
