Kondensationstrockner DryTech 550/650 1. Sicherheitshinweise Die Luftentfeuchter der Serie DRYTECH müssen immer an Schutzkontakt-Steckdosen angeschlossen werden. Beim Einsatz der Geräte sind die einschlägigen Sicherheitshinweise unbedingt zu beachten (vgl. dazu Bestimmungen der einzelnen Bundesländer, Berufsgenossenschaften etc.). Sämtliche Reparatur- bzw. Servicearbeiten haben ausschließlich durch qualifiziertes und autorisiertes Personal zu erfolgen. -

2. Technische Normen Die Luftentfeuchter der Serie DRYTECH entsprechen den wesentlichen Anforderungen der folgenden europäischen Richtlinien: Maschinenrichtlinien (D.P.R. n° 459 vom 24 Juli 1996), Elektro-Sicherheitsschutz bei Geräten mit Niederspannung (Gesetz n.791 vom 18. Oktober 1977 u. nachfolgendes Gesetz n.626 vom 25 November 1996), Elektromagnetische Kompatibilität - EMC- (Gesetz n.476 vom 4. - Page 6 Kondensationstrockner DryTech 550/650 Funktionsschema des DRYTECH Wie schon erwähnt, funktioniert der Entfeuchter auf der Basis eines Kältekreislaufs. Der Kompressor saugt das Kältemittel (R134a) an und drückt es in den Kondensator (Wärmetauscher) aus Kupferröhren, in denen das Kühlmittel fließt und aus Aluminium- Rippen, durch die die vom Ventilator bewegte Luft strömt.

Schaltfeld Das Schaltfeld befindet sich an der oberen Abdeckung des Gerätes, und ist mit vier Kontrollleuchten und einem Regulierdrehknopf zum Ein- und Ausschalten und Einstellen des Feuchtegrades versehen. Kondensationstrockner DryTech 550/650 Mit dem Regulierdrehknopf reguliert man die gewünschte Feuchtigkeit im Raum. Mit ansteigender Zahl erhöht sich der Entfeuchtungsgrad der Luft. Dies bedeutet, dass bei Zahl 1 ein Entfeuchtungsgrad von ca. 95% erreicht wird (immer in Abhängigkeit von den Umgebungsbedingungen!), bei Zahl 5 können ca. 35% r. f. erreicht werden und bei Stellung Cont. -

5.1. Was tun, wenn der Luftentfeuchter nicht einschaltet oder nicht entfeuchtet? Zuerst sollte man sich vergewissern, dass die rote Kontrollleuchte “POWER” eingeschaltet ist. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass das Gerät mit Strom versorgt ist, andernfalls kontrolliert man, ob der Stecker richtig eingesteckt ist und ob die Steckdose auch wirklich mit Strom versorgt ist. -

½ Jahr sollten die Filter ausgetauscht werden. Bitte beachten sie, dass durch den Einsatz sauberer Filter die Effektivität des Entfeuchters sehr stark angehoben werden kann. DryTech 550/650 1. Safety instructions Dehumidifiers of the DRYTECH series must always be connected to power sockets with protective contacts. When using the equipment the relevant safety instructions must be observed at all costs (compare the regulations in the individual German states, professional and trade associations, etc.) -

3. Description of the equipment Function The equipment in the DRYTECH series are dehumidifiers with a cooling circuit based on condensation. The equipment is run based on physical laws and principles. The fact that moist air condenses when coming into contact with a cold surface is used for this purpose. - Page 16 Condensation dryer DryTech 550/650 Functional diagram of DRYTECH As already mentioned, the dehumidifier functions on the basis of a cooling circuit. The compressor sucks in the cooling agent (R134a) and presses it into the condenser (heat exchanger) made of cooper tubing, into which the cooling agent flows and flows out again from aluminium ribs through the air which is pushed out by the fan.

Control panel The control panel is on the top cover of the device and has four control lamps and a regulating knob to switch the device on and off and to adjust the degree of humidity. The function of each control lamp is described briefly below it. -

5. Starting up for the first time Unpacking the device The individual parts of the dehumidifier of the DRYTECH series are packed separately for delivery. The packaging must be removed as follows: Hold the cardboard box straight. Do NOT turn the packaging upside down (you should be able to read the label straight). -

40-45%. 6. Condensation drain connection The dehumidifiers of the DRYTECH series can be directly connected to a flexible connection pipe. In this case, remove the canister and insert the enclosed drain outlet on the right hand side on the condensation outlet to connect the hose. -
