- Page 4 OLAS TRANSMITTERS The OLAS TAG or the OLAS FLOAT-ON are considered OLAS transmitters. They emit a Bluetooth signal which is monitored by the OLAS receivers. OLAS RECEIVERS The OLAS receivers track the OLAS transmitters.
