Cause(s)
Closed main air valve or clogged air line. Open air valve, clear air line.
Not enough pressure.
Worn or damaged piston.
Hand valve closed or clogged.
Hydraulic valve is not working.
Hydraulic fluid regulator not working.
Hydraulic filter clogged.
Low hydraulic fluid level.
Ram pressure too high.
Worn rod seal.
Ram pressure too high.
Worn or damaged wipers.
Closed main air valve or clogged air line. Open air valve, clear air line.
Not enough material pump air pressure.
Worn or damaged ram piston.
Hand valve closed or clogged.
Hand valve dirty, worn or damaged.
Bent drum has stopped follower.
Hydraulic valve is not working.
