Attendere fino a che sia raggiunta la pressione di esercizio
(ca. 1 bar) , controllando il manometro (dis. 1 – C).
Aprire nuovamente il rubinetto vapore girando verso sinistra
la relativa manopola (dis. 1 – A) per 5 secondi e fare uscire
del vapore: Attenzione: rischio di ustione con vapore caldo!
Questa operazione è molto importante per rimuovere possibili
vuoti in caldaia che potrebbero causare risucchio di latte in
caldaia quando viene montato. Chiudere il rubinetto vapore
girando verso destra la relativa manopola (dis. 1 – A).
Attendere fino a che sia raggiunta nuovamente la pressione
di esercizio (ca. 1 bar) , controllando il manometro (dis. 1 –
C).
Premere completamente verso il basso la leva di erogazione
(dis. 1– I). Il flusso dell'acqua si interrompe.
Spingere completamente verso
l'alto la leva di erogazione
(dis. 1 - I)
Fare uscire un po' di acqua dal
gruppo: Attenzione: rischio di
ustione con acqua calda!
La macchina è pronta per
operare.

Before carrying out any maintenance operations turn the machine to
"OFF" and allow cooling.
Do not operate with a damaged cord, plugs. Do always contact the
authorised technical service.
Do not operate without water in the tank; check always the water level
before operating.
The machine must be operated with soft, clean drinking water. If the
local water supply has a high mineral content use a water softener. A
build up of mineral deposit may restrict the flow of water within the hy-
draulic systems causing damage to the machine and risking personal
injury.
Before disconnecting the plug from the wall outlet, turn the machine to
"OFF".
To ensure efficient and correct operation it is essential to follow the
manufacturer's instructions concerning the periodic maintenance carried
out by authorized service technician.
All maintenance must be carried out exclusively by authorized service
technicians.
All spare parts must be original parts or parts authorized by the manu-
facturer.
The machine must be switched off whenever it is left unattended
