Depending on the number of individuals assisting with construction, it may be best and more efficient to have someone assemble rafters and others assemble the frame as rafters are completed.

    CLEARSPAN POLY BUILDINGS ™ FRAME ASSEMBLY Gather parts: • All rafter assemblies • Purlin pipes: 1.315" x 75" swaged (131S075) & 1.315" x XX" plain (131P0XX) NOTE: The XX" represents length required to reach end of shelter after connecting the 75" pipes. Consult spec sheet and Side Profile diagrams (Quick Start) for pipe identification and quantities.

Place a cross connector (102546) at top of inside rafter, align it with the QH1070 pipe strap attached to underside of end rafter at the top. 5. Insert plain end of purlin pipe (131S075) through cross connector and through pipe strap at the top of end rafter.

As purlin pipes are added, secure each pipe splice using a Tek screw. 15. Finally, set remaining end rafter, which includes QH1070 pipe straps, and finish each purlin run using a XX" pipe (131P0XX).
