Do-it-yourself service precautions

If you perform maintenance yourself, be sure to follow the correct pro-

cedures as given in these sections.

Battery condition

Engine coolant level (P. 636)

Engine oil level

• Warm water

• Baking soda

• Conventional wrench

• "Toyota Super Long Life Cool-

• Funnel (used only for adding
