Troubleshooting

Problem
Area between the
jet tip and the jet tip
port leaks water.
Water tank
leaks water.
Water pressure is
too low.
Water flosser doesn't
turn on.
Water flosser doesn't
release water.
Water leaks from
the sides of the
water tank.
If your problem is not listed, please contact
Make sure jet tip is properly installed.
Contact Customer Support (see page 14).
Make sure the water tank is securely
in place.
Recharge the battery
(see Charging the Battery, page 10).
Clean the water flosser and jet tip
(see Cleaning the Water Flosser, page 9).
If the pressure is on Soft, increase the
water pressure to Normal
(see Using Your Water Flosser, page 9).
Replace the jet tip
(see Replacing the Jet Tip, page 12).
Recharge the battery
(see Charging the Battery, page 10).
Clean the water filter
(see Cleaning the Water Tank, Water
Hose, and Water Filter, page 11).
Because the water tank and main body
of the water flosser are not completely
sealed, water may leak from the sides.
This is normal.
