y Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since
they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
y The excess spillage must be removed before cleaning and shall specify which utensils can be left
in the oven during cleaning.
y The surface may get hotter than usual and children should kept away during the pyrolytic self-
cleaning.
y Steam cleaner is not to be used.
COOK MEAT AND POULTRY THOROUGHLY
To protect against food-borne illnesses, cook meat and poultry thoroughly. The the following as
safe minimum internal temperatures for consumption:
y Ground beef, 71º C (160º F)
y Poultry: 74º C (165º F)
y Beef, veal, pork, or lamb: 62º C (145º F)
y Fish/seafood: 62º C (145º F)
