Setting the sleep timer

You can set the TV so it turns off automatically.
To set the sleep timer:
1. Press TIMER (or MENU and then y or z) to display the
CUSTOM menu. TIMER will be highlighted.
2. After the number position starts to blink, press TIMER
repeatedly to enter the length of time until the TV turns off
automatically (in 10-minute increments up to 180).

3. Press ENTER to start the timer.
To cancel the sleep timer:
Press POWER twice, once to turn the TV off, and once to turn it
on again.

Setting the clock

To set the clock:
1. Press MENU, then press x or • until the SET UP menu
appears.
2. Press y or z to highlight CLOCK SET.
3. After the number position starts to blink, press the Number
buttons (0–9) to enter the correct time. The clock operates on a
12-hour cycle.
4. Press ENTER to start the clock.

To view the time on-screen:
Press RECALL.

Note :
To see on-screen the amount of time before
the TV turns off automatically, press TIMER
once. To close the on-screen display, press
EXIT.
Note:
If the power source for the TV is interrupted
(for example, if the power cord is unplugged
or a power outage occurs), you will have to
reset the clock.
