Dear Customer,
These instructions contain important information about assembling, using and maintaining the Natursaft
steam cuicer, as well as useful tips and ways of using the juicer to create natural, pure juices that retain all
the goodness of the original fruits and vegetables.
The Natursaft steam juicer allows you to easily produce pasteurised juices that can be bottled immediate-
®
ly. Seal the bottles hermetically, immediately after fi lling to prevent any bacteria forming. The pasteurised
juice can be kept for extended periods when you work in a careful and hygienic way. Store the bottles and
jars in a cool, dark place. Regularly check the caps of the bottles and jars.
The juicer is also a steamer, which allows you to steam cook all types of food. You can put everything in the
same pot and enjoy wonderfully healthy meals while retaining all the aromas of the steamed food.

General warnings

Please read these instructions carefully and retain for future use. They are vital for the safe and proper use
and maintenance of this equipment. Juicing and steaming involve high temperatures. Make sure young
children are kept at a safe distance and exercise caution when using the equipment.
